The storage unit and the staff were excellent. However, I reserved my unit online and the only pricing that was quoted was $214.00 a month with a free 2nd month and the $24.00 processing fee. Then when I got there to sign the paperwork it ended up being $295.00. I was not too pleased with all the hidden fees that were charged once I arrived with all my belongings, leaving me no choice but to pay because the movers were there to unload my stuff.

It's crazy how you know people for years an still fell as if your strangers!! I walked in public store today felling like my word was about to end an AN Mrs.April saved the day not only did I get a store with a good deal she gave me words of HOPE ENCOURAGEMENT!!! Stacey was amazing!! We can't say enough about our experience here. We had a very last second and unexpected need for a storage unit. I looked online and found what we think that we needed and reserved it. Within five minutes Stacey called to see if I had any needs and to find out when we could meet to set it up. We arrived about fifteen minutes later and she escorted us to the unit to see the size and came back and got started on the paperwork. We were in and out in about 15minutes. She was very fast, very kind, tons of helpful information and tips. We'll highly recommend this location!!!
